Refund Policy

At Hypenest.xyz, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for purchased credit quotas or subscriptions.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if a request is filed within 14 days of payment and no credit quota was used during the period for which you are seeking the refund.

Once any part of the credit quota has been used, the payment becomes final and non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@hypenest.xyz with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include the purchase email and either your invoice number or the receipt link (if available). If you don’t have those, include the date and amount paid.
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and, if approved, process the refund within 10 business days using the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Any credits from the purchased quota have been used.
  • The issue arises from misuse, technical limitations, or factors beyond our control.
